Today's headlines seem to only say one thing... the economy is tanking. Conservative reports estimate nearly $8.5 trillion – repeat, trillion – has been awarded in bailout money. Have you personally seen any of it? Since completely unscientific studies prove there are more blogs and twitter users in the US than all the ATMs, insurance salesmen and old Pontiacs combined, we think it's fair to ask “Why not me? Where’s my billion dollars? I’m deserving and could use a bailout!”
While we don't have $8.5 trillion to hand out, we have built a fun way to find out how much your twitter account and blog are worth. Just enter your blog URL or your Twitter ID to find out what you deserve. You can tweet your results or add a widget to your blog reporting your bailout. You can also compare your amount to others on our blog and Twitter leader boards.
We came up with this idea based on Dane Carlson's tool, How Much Is Your Blog Worth? Some of the MoneyPath minds also developed the precursor to the facebook app, Facebook Grader which calculates a score for your Facebook profile. If you haven't tried it out, checkout Grader.com, where the great team at Hubspot has made a suite of tools to measure your online values.
Bringing things back to reality, you don't have any chance of getting an actual bailout. But to not end on a downer MoneyPath does help real businesses get real loans. You enter three easy steps of information and we get four banks to working on your loan. Learn more about how MoneyPath works and how we are changing the way businesses get loans.
